I have been a practicing Early Childhood Exceptional Education teacher for over 18 years, and joined Ozaukee Therapy Services in the fall of 1998. I have had the opportunity to work at a variety of early intervention programs, providing services to children both on an individual basis and in small groups. I have also been fortunate to work alongside many excellent therapists, which has taught me to look at the “total child,” by integrating goals across all areas of their development. I enjoy working as a team with the child’s family, therapists, and the service coordinators. An integral part of early intervention is that together with the family we establish goals and strategies to help their child achieve their full potential.

The best part of my job is that the way children learn is through play and I have as much fun as they do.
