I have been with Ozaukee Therapy Services since 1996. My hands on approach to patient care has evolved along with the change in the delivery of health care.My direct patient contact now includes working with insurance companies, third party payers and state agencies to ensure coverage/benefits are available, obtaining pre-authorization for therapy services and providing families quality service to bring resolution to insurance issues.

I have worked in the medical field since 1992. I joined the Ozaukee Therapy team in September of 2007. I enjoy learning new things and working with children. I love to hear their stories, see them grow and watch them meet their goals.

It's so rewarding to help therapists work with children and their families to help them reach their full potential. I learn so much from each of them every single day. I love the enthusiasm and creativity the therapists bring to their work and it's so great to see children having fun while they learn.

When I'm not working directly with the children and the therapists, I create learning tools they use during their sessions. In addition, I support the administrative and marketing functions of the clinic as well as help keep the therapy gym safe, clean and organized.

My day is full of variety. There's always something new to learn or do and I feel blessed by all the people I get to meet along the way.
